Hydraulic freight elevator is a cargo lift driven by a hydraulic system; Used for the straight transportation of goods between two or more points on a floor. The function is roughly equivalent to an elevator, but different from passenger elevators, hydraulic freight elevators are only used for transporting goods. Personnel are strictly prohibited from taking seats!

Precautions
When choosing a hydraulic freight elevator, factors such as price and configuration are relatively important. However, customers should first understand the service target, transportation capacity, working performance, and civil design requirements for shafts, machine rooms, etc. of hydraulic freight elevators, so as to better help choose the appropriate elevator for themselves. Specific references can be made from the following aspects:
1. Actual situation of the shaft: The hydraulic freight elevator must be installed in a closed shaft environment, and the actual situation of the shaft determines the specifications and dimensions of the hydraulic freight elevator. This includes the width and depth of the shaft, the condition of the pit and machine room, etc.
2. Rated load capacity. The elevator load capacity (Kg) specified by manufacturing or design is the main parameter of hydraulic freight elevators, generally available in specifications such as 1000kg, 1500kg, 2000kg, 3000kg, 5000kg, etc., or customers may make non-standard requirements.
3. Rated speed. The elevator speed specified by manufacturing or design, in m/s, is the main parameter of the elevator. The general speed of hydraulic freight elevators is 0.25m/s and 0.2m/s, and in special cases, it can be designed to not exceed 0.5m/s.
4. Car size. The car size of a general hydraulic freight elevator can be understood as the outer net size and inner net size, expressed in width * depth * height. However, the former is more commonly used by customers themselves, while the latter is more commonly used by hydraulic freight elevator manufacturers. The reason is that customers are more concerned about their own usage effect, and hydraulic freight elevator manufacturers use this to calculate the shaft size more conveniently. Therefore, customers must confirm which car size they need to be quoted for.
5. Raise the height. The height of a hydraulic freight elevator running from the bottom floor to the top floor. Accurate measurement is necessary because the lifting height determines the length of the hydraulic cylinder, and the price of the hydraulic cylinder is relatively expensive.
7. Top level height. The height of the car elevator running from the bottom end station to the top end station is also quite important, as the top height must comply with national acceptance standards.
8. Number of stops and number of hall doors and elevator doors. It has a significant impact on prices.
