In order to ensure the safe operation of the double girder bridge crane, some safety routine inspections need to be carried out during the operation of the crane. The inspection items and key points are as follows:
(1) The performance of the lifting height limiter, travel limit switch, and various interlocking mechanisms is normal, safe, and reliable.
(2) All major components meet safety requirements: the opening increase is less than 15% of the original size, and the torsional deformation is less than 10%; The wear of the board hook bushing is less than 50% of the original size, and the wear of the board hook spindle is less than 5%, without peeling, burrs, or welding repairs. The hook hanger and pulley have no obvious defects. The wear and corrosion of the steel wire on the surface of the steel wire rope is less than 40% of the diameter of the steel wire, and the number of broken wires within one twist is less than 10% of the total number of wires. There are no broken ends, no obvious thinning, no core detachment, dead corner twisting, extrusion deformation, annealing, or burning phenomenon. The end connections and fixed clips, pressure plates, and wedges of the steel wire rope are intact without looseness, with no less than 2 pressure plates and no less than 3 clips. The drum has no cracks, and the connection and fixation are not loose; The wear of the cylinder wall is less than 20% of the original wall thickness; The safety roll shall not be less than 2 turns, and the ratio of the drum diameter to the wire rope diameter shall meet the requirements. The balance wheel is securely fixed and the steel wire rope should meet the requirements. The brake has no cracks, no looseness, and no severe wear. The brake clearance on both sides is of equal size and appropriate, with sufficient braking force. The wear of the brake band is less than 50% of the original thickness.
Through routine safety inspections of double girder bridge cranes, significant effects have been achieved in preventing personal accidents, reducing equipment accidents, improving equipment operation rates, and reducing maintenance costs.
